Hương thơm của thịt rất dậy và cuốn hút, rau củ cuộn trong từng miếng thịt khiến bạn không thể không nếm thử. Một món ăn khá đơn giản, dễ làm lại thơm ngon. Món ăn rất thích hợp cho bữa ăn gia đình hoặc liên hoan nhẹ cuối tuần.
Thịt heo rửa sạch, để ráo, dần mỏng để thịt mềm và dễ thấm gia vị. Ớt chuông bỏ hạt, thái sợi. Cà rốt gọt vỏ, cắt sợi. Đậu que tước sợi. Chần cà rốt, ớt chuông, đậu que qua nước sôi trong 2 phút, vớt ra để ráo.
Trong một bát nhỏ, trộn các thành phần làm sốt: nước tương, đường, nước, khuấy cho tan đường. Thịt heo ướp với muối, tiêu để trong 10 phút sau đó lăn qua một lớp bột mì mỏng. Sau đó xếp cà rốt, đậu que, ớt chuông lên, cuộn tròn. Dùng tăm ghim cố định. Làm lần lượt đến hết.
Cho dầu ăn vào chảo, thêm thịt heo cuộn vào chảo, chiên vàng sơ, vớt ra. Dùng lại chảo, cho hỗn hợp sốt vào khuấy đều cho chuyển màu cánh gián, sau đó thêm thịt heo cuộn vào nấu lửa nhỏ cho thấm sốt trong khoảng 10 phút.
