Món đậu hũ kho nấm thịt tuy giản dị nhưng lại có hương vị đậm đà cùng nước sốt thơm lừng nên khi ăn cùng cơm nóng cực kì hợp. Bới chén cơm nóng ăn kèm với miếng đậu hũ mềm mềm, nấm hương mềm mềm cùng mấy lát thịt heo vàng ươm, thơm ngon sẽ giúp bữa cơm chiều của gia đình bạn thêm hấp dẫn trong những ngày tiết trời se lạnh.
Chuẩn bị, sơ chế các nguyên liệu. Đậu hũ trắng cắt thành từng miếng vừa ăn sau đó bắc lên chảo chiên sơ cho vàng hai mặt rồi vớt ra để ráo. Nấm đông cô, thịt cắt miếng vừa ăn. Hành boa rô và gừng thái từng khoanh mỏng, nhỏ.
Bắc chảo lên bếp cùng 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, khi dầu nóng đều thì bạn cho thịt vào xào, khi thịt bắt đầu săn lại thì cho gừng, hành boa rô vào đảo đều cùng với nấm, thịt.
Trong một bát nhỏ, cho dầu hào, nước tương, rượu nấu ăn, tiêu, đường, 100ml nước và tỏi băm vào trộn đều. Sau đó, bạn rưới hỗn hợp này vào trong chảo nấm thịt. Cuối cùng, xếp đậu hũ vào một nồi lòng sâu rồi cho nấm thịt vào, nấu thêm 10-15 phút nữa là được.
Đậu hũ kho cùng với nước tương đã ngon, nay lại có thêm nấm đông cô và thịt ba chỉ thơm ngọt thì hương vị lại càng ấn tượng hơn bao giờ hết! Tuy dân dã, giản dị là thế nhưng nếu có món đậu hũ kho chắc chắn sẽ khiến bữa cơm gia đình thêm đậm đà ngon miệng đấy.
