Chuẩn bị ly thủy tinh và nguyên liệu pha chế. Dâu tây rửa sạch, cắt bỏ cuống, cắt lát mỏng.
Húng lũi nhặt lấy lá, rửa sạch, để ráo nước.
Vắt 1 trái chanh lấy nước, bỏ hạt vào chén, thêm vào 1 muỗng canh đường trắng trong chén, cho 1 nắm nhỏ lá húng lủi vào, dùng chày nhỏ hoặc muỗng dầm nát. Múc 1 muỗng canh hỗn hợp này cho vào ly shaker, tiếp đến cho dâu vào cùng, lấy muỗng giã nhẹ lên phần dâu.
Tiếp theo, 20ml siro vào, kế đến rót 1/3 lon nước ngọt vào trong ly shaker. Thêm đá viên vào, đậy kín nắp, lắc đều tay.
Cho thức uống ra ly, trang trí thêm lá húng lũi và thưởng thức ngay.
