Bánh nướng nhân xoài là món ăn vặt lạ miệng, được mình biến tấu nhanh chóng. Những vỏ bánh tart trứng mua sẵn tại siêu thị, kẹp lấy thịt xoài chín ngọt dịu, đem nướng chín trong lò nướng cực thơm ngon. Đây là món bánh ngọt rất dễ làm, rất thích hợp cho những bạn không khéo tay trong việc làm bánh nhé.
Cắt hạt lựu thịt xoài chín. Cho thịt xoài chín vào các vỏ bánh tart trứng cho vừa đủ. Gắp đôi các vỏ trứng đã chứa nhân xoài lại cho các mép vỏ bánh được ép dính chặt vào nhau. Nấu vỏ bánh tart trứng không có lớp giấy bạc bên ngòa thì bạn có thể dùng giấy bạc mua tại siêu thị để bao kín bên ngoài nhé.
Xếp các chiếc bánh tart trứng nhân xoài chín vào khay nướng. Làm nóng lòng nướng trước 5 phút ở 185 độ C. Sau đó đặt khay bánh tart trứng nhân xoài vào nướng trong khoảng 12 phút.
Cho khay bánh tart trứng ra khỏi lò. Gỡ bỏ giấy bạc bọc bên ngoài, xếp các chiếc bánh trứng lên khay nướng. Đánh tan lòng đỏ trứng gà, dùng cọ quét phết đều 1 lớp trứng lên một mặt bánh trứng, rắc chút mè đen. Đặt khay bánh tart trứng nhân xoài trở lại lò nướng ở 185 độ C thêm 10 phút nữa nhé.
Xếp bánh nướng nhân xoài ra đĩa trắng cho đẹp mắt, dọn lên và mời cả nhà cùng nhâm nhi nào.
