Củ cải ngâm chua kiểu Hàn giòn giòn quyện lẫn vị cay của ớt bột, dùng làm món ăn kèm với thịt chống cảm giác ngán trong những ngày Tết, ngày lễ. Trong bữa cơm gia đình, nếu có món này sẽ dễ ăn hơn nhiều.
Cà rốt và củ cải bào lát mỏng 0.3 cm rồi thái thành những sợi nhỏ. Để lại 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, còn lại cho vào tô chứa củ cải và cà rốt đã thái sợi, trộn đều lên, để yên khoảng 20-30 phút.
Sau khi ngâm muối, sợi cà rốt và củ cải đã mềm hơn, dùng tay vắt sạch nước còn lại trong củ cải và cà rốt cho vào tô để riêng. Trong 1 tô lớn, hòa tan đường với 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, giấm và ớt bột. Sau đó cho vào tô cà rốt và củ cải, trộn đều lên.
Bạn có thể tùy chỉnh lượng ớt bột nếu thích ăn cay hơn nha. Món đồ chua này để từ 2 tiếng đến qua 1 đêm trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh là có thể dùng được rồi. Thời gian bảo quản là 4-5 tuần bạn nhé!
