Thịt bò rửa sạch, cắt lát mỏng vừa ăn. Ớtt chuông đỏ, bỏ lõi và hạt, cắt thành các dải dài dọc theo thân quả. Hành lá, rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ.
Cho 30ml nước tương, 15ml giấm, 15g bột bắp vào chén cùng với thịt bò. Trộn đều và để ngấm trong 30 phút.
Làm nóng chảo ở nhiệt độ cao, cho 30ml dầu, tỏi băm, ớt xanh băm rồi xào trong 1 phút. Thêm thịt bò và xào trong 3 phút.
Thêm ớt chuông, hành lá vào xào trong 2 phút, đảo liên tục. Tắt bếp. Thêm 30ml nước tương và 5g bột miso đậu tương, khuấy đều cho đến khi các nguyên liệu quyện vào nhau.
